It would be nice to be able to read the Readme.txt file *before* a patch is installed. I was a lttle surprised to find out *after* I had installed the 55 patch that my previous campains were not compatible. Although I *do* like the improvements and think that they are worth losing a campain pilot for, it would have been nice to be able to give my pilot one last suicidal mission to end his career with!

A couple of good ways to allow for this would be to have the patch .exe display the Readme at the start of the install, or package the .exe in a .zip file with the readme so you could view it before running the actual install.

An operational, separate, overhead, on the wing Lewis gun for shooting up at an aircraft from below. In Origin's 'Wings of Glory' you can use this gun as I described, as well as the cowel mounted gun (a key selects back and forth) and it's really a blast.

A good idea that isn’t destined for the patch.

Add the following autopilot features: - Maximum climb straight ahead - Maximum climb in circle This would be very useful when departing from the mission or when flying and looking for trouble.

An autopilot selection which would return you to base.

Also an autopilot selection to hold your current attitude, allowing me to put the plane in a steady climb or a slow steady turn.

Support for some of the Virtual Reality Head Mount Displays, Like the VFX1 by Interactive Imaging Systems, Inc. formally known as Forte. Could you imagine a total emersion WW1 flight simulation of this caliber. This combined with the Rock and Ride motion platform at http://www.rocknride.com would be the ultimate flight simulation set up. It makes me smile just thinking about it. =)

I wish in the "fly now" settings you had two more aircraft types to choose they would be 1) Random Allied 2) Random German I don't like the Random setting as it is, you end up fighting your same side.

This has been discussed, but it isn’t on the top of the list. "Maybe" is the best I can promise.

Add a command feature to the autopilot, so that you could specify actions like:

• Return to Base.

• Fly directly to Target.

• Fly Directly to a Specific Waypoint (which could be selected from a list of the mission waypoints).This command would essentially replace the need for all the previous suggestions.

• Rejoin Wingmen.

• Comtinue on Remainder of Flight Plan (after use of any of the above).
