Red Baron II Wish List Zeppelins

I think it would be cool to enlist as a gunner on a Zeppelin. You could fly (have total control of a zeppelin instead of a plane and toggle between the different stations pilot/ bomber/ gunner1/ gunner2/ gunner3.

I think because of the speed and floating nature of the Zeppelin you should not need to be in the pilot position all the time.

Could you make a gunners station with a swivel machine gun (instead of a cockpit view in a plane) on a Zeppelin so you can shoot down attacking planes.

Now that would be cool if it was done right. Note: Zeppelins would only work if we had clouds too. =)

Very cool idea, but outside the scope of a patch.

No Fix.

OK, since it hasn't been mentioned yet, I'll say it: please bring back zeppelins (and all the other RB1 add-on disk a/c for that matter--please?!)

Indeed, I miss scouting for the deadly and high-flying Zeppelins, lurking in clouds at night, suddenly silhouted against the moon with the shift of wind.

Multiple Zepplin attacks! - this is definately historically accurate (on one occasion 14 Zepplins targetted the London docklands- Home Defense took out 3, and AA 2- as cloud cover was so dense the Zepps flew under it on the bombing run).

I really wish the zepplins are here. Some WWI buffs have said Zepplins flew Too high for any real fighting between them and planes, but as I have pointed out in other posts I feel more like snoopy on my doghouse than a real WWI pilot and I just want to do what is fun. Check out Wings Of Glory. Killing Zep's are fun.

Zeppelins are a must. They played a crtitical role in the airwar. I think they should be included, like in the original. I can't figure out why they were omitted in the fist place!

Amen, brethren. The Zeppelin menace is/was an important part of the early war. Even if a pilot has only one or two shots at a Zep during a career, it will be memorable and balanced.

We think that we should be able to get them in for the 3D patch. The code is already partially done, it is just a matter of finishing it and testing.
