Site Re-Design Cage @ 0:25

Yep, I'm still hard at work on the new site re-design. Bill has put together some ideas that look quite tasty. I really want to finish the site makeover before putting up much new content. At least that's my main excuse for not updating anything here recently. I have an E3 report and a few other goodies ready to go once things are finished off.

I finally got a few days off, and I got my shiny new UMax UGate-3000 installed.

I'm quite pleased with the results so far. I'll put up a more complete report of how it went after the new site design is done.

TiVo Digital TV Recorder Cage @ 10:52

I finally got my TiVo digital TV recorder set up last night. It looks quite promising. TiVo is a new super smart digital VCR type device. Very slick.

UMax UGate-3000 Cage @ 10:45

Of course now that I have a cable Internet connection I've been looking around for the best way to share it with my other pc. From my short search around the 'net it seems that the UMax UGate-3000 is hard to beat. There is a review at http://www.speedguide.net/.

I'll write something up once my arrives and I've had a chance to play with it.

One of the reasons that I haven't been updating the site that much is that I've been having so much fun with my new cable modem. Lots of Unreal Tournament, and of course just surfing the web.

Thanks to my new broadband connection I should be updating this site more frequently in the future. Now where have you heard that before? Heheh. Of course I get to work the next 7 nights in a row, so don't expect a barrage of features or news during that time.

E3 is about a week away. I'm really looking forward to going. I'll be there Thursday and Friday to check out all the latest hardware and games. I'll post up a report once I get back....really!

I finally got around to adding the new site logo to the page. I'd hoped to roll out a completely re-designed site, but I just haven't had the time to work on it.

The links section has also been updated a bit. That's one of the most valuable parts of the site for me, and I hope that others find it useful as well.
